How can I connect my Google business location?
Connecting a Google business location to RADAAR is a seamless process, requiring just a few simple steps:
1. From the left menu, navigate to Settings and switch to Channels tab.
2. Click to Connect button.
3. Select the Google My Business (Location) option and click to Sign in with Google button.
4. Sign in with or select the account your Google business location belongs to.
5. Click Continue to authorize RADAAR.
6. When you return to the RADAAR dashboard, click to the Connect button for the Google business location you want to connect.
Please note that to connect a Google business location, you must be the owner or manager of that location.

How can I connect multiple Google business locations?
You can connect multiple Google business locations to your subscription. The connecting process is exactly the same as connecting your first location.
What kinds of content am I allowed to share on my Google business location?
You can create content in Single Image, Link or Text type to be shared on your Google business location. If you choose the Carousel or Photo Album type, unfortunately, Google Business Profile API only publishes the first of the images you upload.
Please note that unfortunately, Google Business Profile API does not currently support video content. Therefore, if you choose one of the Video, Story or Reel content types and upload a video, your content cannot be published automatically. You will have to publish such content manually.

Why wasn't my first comment published under my post on my Google business location?
Unfortunately, the Google Business Profile API does not currently support posting a comment on your content. That's why you cannot use our Chain Commets feature with your Google business locations. If Google brings this support for its API in the future, you will be able to add comments for your content.
How can I reply to reviews on my Google business location?
With the Social Inbox feature, you can only see and respond to reviews that come to your Google business location. Unfortunately, the Google Business Profile API does not yet support any other type of messaging other than reviews, including direct messages.
