Connecting your Instagram account to RADAAR is a simple process. However, it is important to keep in mind that the Instagram API only permits the use of Business and Creator profiles with third-party software. To successfully connect your Instagram profile to RADAAR, please follow the steps below:
1. From the left menu, navigate to Settings and switch to Channels tab.
2. Click to Connect button and select the Instagram (Business) option.
3. Ensure that you grant RADAAR access to all of your assets belongs to Facebook and Instagram on the authorization screen.
4. Upon your return to the RADAAR dashboard, click on the Connect button for the specific Instagram profile you intend to connect.

Why am I getting redirected to Facebook when trying to connect my Instagram profile?
Instagram and Facebook APIs use the same infrastructure. That's why it's normal to be redirected to Facebook when linking an Instagram profile. Don't worry, you are not doing anything wrong. And please note that in order to link an Instagram profile to RADAAR, that Instagram profile must be linked to a Facebook page. Sorry, but that's the only way.
I cannot find my Instagram profile on the list...
If the Instagram profile you wish to link is not visible in the list, there are various potential reasons. Kindly review each potential cause listed below and attempt to link your profile once more:
1. Your Instagram profile must be of the Business or Creator type.
2. Your Instagram account is required to be connected with a Facebook page.
3. You need to have an administrative or editorial role on the Facebook page connected with your Instagram profile.
4. You have provided RADAAR with full access permissions on the Facebook authorization page.

How can I connect my personal Instagram profile?
Unfortunately, since the Cambridge Analytica scandal, in order to protect its users, Meta does not allow the use of Instagram personal profiles with 3rd party applications. This means you cannot connect your Instagram personal profiles to RADAAR. If your Instagram profile is a business or creator profile, you can link it to RADAAR. Please note that you can always easily convert your personal Instagram profile to a Business or Creator profile.
How do I convert my Instagram profile into a business account?
To convert your Instagram profile to a business account, kindly adhere to the following steps:
1. In the Instagram mobile app, go to your profile.
2. Click the three horizontal lines on the top right corner of your profile page and click Settings.
3. Click Account and click Switch to professional account.
4. Select the relevant business category and click Done.
5. Click Business and click Next.
6. Review the contact information and click Next.
7. Click X in the top-right corner of the account setup page to return to your profile and you’re done!

Is it possible to connect my Instagram profile without having to link it to a Facebook page?
Unfortunately, to use an Instagram profile with 3rd party software, it must be connected to a Facebook page. If you don't already have a Facebook page, you can easily create a new one. If you do not want to have a Facebook page, you can create this page by giving an anonymous name like: Hello World. So no one knows you have a Facebook page, but you can still link your Instagram profile to this page.

To access all the Instagram features available in RADAAR, including direct publishing, your Business or Creator profile must be connected to a Facebook Page. To link your Instagram profile to a Facebook page, kindly adhere to the following steps:
1. From your Facebook Page, click Settings.

May I include a sticker or link in my story?
Regrettably, the current version of the Instagram API does not offer the functionality to include a link or tag in a story. Should Instagram introduce this feature in the future, we will seamlessly integrate it into RADAAR. In the meantime, if you desire, you can enhance your image by incorporating graphics through integrations with Canva, VistaCreate, or Adobe Express.
Is it possible to upload a cover image for my reel post?
You can enhance your Instagram video posts and reels by using the Upload or Select a Thumbnail feature. This convenient feature allows you to personalize your video content with a custom cover photo or choose a frame directly from your video.
Why isn't my reel appearing on my profile grid feed?
You have the option to publish a reel on either both on the Posts (Grid/Main Feed) tab and the Reels tab, or just on the reels tab. If your reel does not appear on your profile Posts tab, it simply means that you have not selected the Publish On Feed And Reels Tab option, which is located under Instagram Publishing Options.
With its latest update, Instagram has revealed that all video content will now be published as reels. This means that if you opt for the Video type, your content will automatically appear on both the Posts tab and Reels tab. However, if you prefer the Reel type, your content will solely be showcased in the Reels tab. To determine the tab where your content will be published, simply select the desired option from the Instagram Publishing Options.
With its latest update, Instagram has revealed that all video content will now be published as reels. This means that if you opt for the Video type, your content will automatically appear on both the Posts tab and Reels tab. How can I search and add music to my posts and reels on Instagram?
Unfortunately, the Instagram API does not yet allow you to search for music and add it to your post. However, you can add your music to your video and write the name of your music in the Audio Name section under Instagram Publishing Options while preparing your post. Thus, when your Video or Reel content is shared, it will be published with the music name you entered.
How many images can an Instagram carousel post include?
You have the option to upload a maximum of 10 images for your Instagram carousel content. In case you upload more than 10, only the first ten images will be published. However, it's important to be aware that currently, you can only upload images that will be published as a carousel. Currently, the feature to include videos in your carousel content on Instagram is unavailable. Additionally, it's worth noting that the Instagram API necessitates all images in the carousel to have an identical dimensions. In case your images differ in dimensions, RADAAR will automatically resize and share all the images to match the dimensions of your first image.
How can I reply to comments and messages on my Instagram profile?
