How can I connect my Medium profile?
To connect a Medium profile to RADAAR, you must first create and copy its access token. Then you can follow the steps below:
1. From the left menu, navigate to Settings and switch to Channels tab.
2. Click to Connect button and select the Medium (Profile) option.
3. Paste the Token you generated on Medium into the Access Token field.
4. Click to Add button to connect your Medium profile.

How can I generate a token for my Medium profile?
To connect your Medium profile to RADAAR, you must first create a token:
1. Go to Medium with a web browser: https://medium.com/
2. If you are not logged in, log in to your account first.
3. Go to the Settings page by clicking on your profile photo in the upper right.
4. Switch to the Security and Apps tab on this page: https://medium.com/me/settings/security
5. Click the Integration Tokens button at the bottom.
6. In the window that opens, type RADAAR in the Description section and click the Get Token button.
7. Copy the generated token to paste it into RADAAR.

How can I connect multiple Medium profiles?
You can connect multiple Medium profiles to your subscription. The connecting process is exactly the same as connecting your first profile.
What kinds of content am I allowed to share on my Medium profile?
You can create and schedule content in Single Image, Carousel, Photo Album, Link or Text type to be published on your Medium profile. Unfortunately, Medium API does not currently support video content. Therefore, if you choose one of the Video, Story or Reel content types and upload a video, your content cannot be published automatically. You will have to publish such content manually.
Why wasn't my first comment published under my post on my Medium profile?
Unfortunately, the Medium API does not currently support posting a comment on your content. That's why you cannot use our Chain Commets feature with your Medium profile. If Medium brings this support for its API in the future, you will be able to add comments for your content.
How can I reply to comments on my posts on my Medium profile?
Unfortunately, the Medium API does not currently allow viewing and managing comments. That's why you cannot use our Social Inbox feature with your Medium profiles. If Medium brings this support for the API in the future, you will be able to start managing comments coming to your posts on your Medium profile via RADAAR.
