How can I connect my TikTok profile?

Connecting a TikTok account to RADAAR is a seamless process, requiring just a few simple steps:

1. From the left menu, navigate to Settings and switch to Channels tab.
2. Click to Connect button and select the TikTok (User) option.
3. If you are not logged in to TikTok, log in first.
4. Authorize RADAAR to access your TikTok account, simply click the Authorize button on the TikTok authorization screen.

Please note that you can connect a TikTok account to RADAAR whether it's a personal or business account.

You can connect multiple TikTok profiles to RADAAR. Before connecting each profile to RADAAR, please ensure that you are logged into TikTok with that profile in a separate browser tab. This will allow you to effectively connect multiple TikTok profiles to RADAAR.

You can only share content in video format on your TikTok profile. To do this, simply choose one of the Video, Story or Reel content types. If you choose one of the Single Image, Carousel, Photo Album, Link or Text content types, the images you upload will automatically be converted to video format and shared on your TikTok profile.

If you do not want your content to be automatically published on the TikTok profile, you can select the Just Upload option from TikTok Publishing Options in the Advanced Settings while preparing your content.

Unfortunately, this is not a limit we set. Currently, the TikTok API supports entering text up to 150 characters long for a post. Please note that the APIs of the platforms and their native applications may differ in operation.

You can change the cover photo for the content you will publish on your TikTok profile by selecting a frame from your video. To do this, you can use the Upload or Select A Thumbnail feature after uploading your video file. If you do not select a frame from the video you uploaded, TikTok will select the first frame of your video file as the cover photo. Unfortunately, the TikTok API does not yet allow uploading a custom cover photo file.

Unfortunately, the TikTok API does not currently support posting a comment on your content. That's why you cannot use our Chain Commets feature with your TikTok profiles. If TikTok brings this support for its API in the future, you will be able to add comments for your content.

You can turn off Comment and Duet on the content you will publish on your TikTok profile, and in addition, you can prevent other users from using your video by turning off Stitch. You can specify all these settings from TikTok Publishing Options in Advanced Settings while preparing your content.

Unfortunately, the TikTok API does not currently allow viewing and managing comments or direct messages. That's why you cannot use our Social Inbox feature with your TikTok profiles. If TikTok brings this support for the API in the future, you will be able to start managing comments and messages coming to your TikTok profile via RADAAR.
