Which platforms does RADAAR support?

We offer extensive support for a wide range of major platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Vimeo, Google Business Profile (Google My Business), Mastodon, WordPress, Medium and more. Apart from these, RADAAR offers seamless integration with a wide range of popular platforms and tools including Canva, VistaCreate (formerly known as Crello), Adobe Express, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay, Giphy, and Tenor.

To connect a social media profile to RADAAR:

1. From the left menu, navigate to Settings.
2. Switch to Channels tab.
3. Click to Connect button.
4. Select the integration option of the platform you want to connect.
5. And follow the next steps.

Connecting a social media profile to RADAAR is a relatively straightforward task. However, it's important to note that the process may differ slightly depending on the platform's infrastructure and your settings. If you encounter any issues, we recommend referring to the training video we have specifically prepared for each platform.

You can easily connect different profiles from the same platform to RADAAR. Generally, the connecting process is exactly the same as connecting your first profile. However, this process may differ from platform to platform. Therefore, it is useful to separately check the instructions of the platform you want to connect.

Unfortunately, since the Cambridge Analytica scandal, in order to protect its users, Meta does not allow the use of personal Facebook profiles with 3rd party applications. This means you cannot connect your personal Facebook profiles to RADAAR. You can only connect your Facebook pages and Facebook groups that you admin to RADAAR.

Unfortunately, since the Cambridge Analytica scandal, in order to protect its users, Meta does not allow the use of Instagram personal profiles with 3rd party applications. This means you cannot connect your Instagram personal profiles to RADAAR. If your Instagram profile is a business or creator profile, you can link it to RADAAR. Please note that you can always easily convert your personal Instagram profile to a business or creator profile.

RADAAR is the official developer for all the platforms it supports. It does not require your account information when connecting any of your accounts. To connect an account to RADAAR, all you need to do is grant access to RADAAR on that specific platform. In some cases, you may be required to generate an access key and enter it into RADAAR. RADAAR utilizes access tokens, which are obtained from social media platforms, to establish connections with your social media profiles. If an access token expires or becomes invalid (e.g., due to a user password change), you will need to re-establish the connection between your profile and RADAAR, resulting in the generation of a new token. To reconnect your disconnected profile:

1) Navigate to Settings from left navigation.
2) Switch to Channels tab.
3) Reconnect the channel by clicking the Reconnect button.

RADAAR's functionality relies on the capabilities provided by the platforms' API. It is important to note that not all platforms' APIs currently support all the features offered by RADAAR. To determine which features are supported on each platform, please refer to the information available at https://rdar.li/integrations.

Unfortunately, Meta does not yet offer any API services for Threads. That's why you can't currently connect your Threads profiles to any 3rd party applications. But we expect Meta to bring this support soon. As soon as an API service for Threads is available, you will be able to connect your profile to RADAAR.

Unfortunately, Bluesky does not yet offer an API service. That's why you can't currently connect your Bluesky profiles to any 3rd party applications. As soon as an API service for Bluesky is available, you will be able to connect your profile to RADAAR.

Unfortunately, we do not currently support Threads, Bluesky, Snapchat, VKontakte (VK), Goodreads, Reddit, Quora, Yelp, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Dribbble, Google Web Stories, Truth Social, Behance, Line, WeChat, Nextdoor. Of course, we would love to introduce integration options within these platforms in the future. But as you can imagine, we have some priorities. Therefore, unfortunately, I cannot share with you a date for when the integration option for these platforms will arrive.
